THE RULES OF THE MOSH PIT (RETURN POLICY)
Return Window: 15 days from delivery date – clock starts when your loot hits your doorstep
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached (we’ll know if you wore that bodysuit to a show)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Barware Items (used or unsealed – health codes are a thing)
- Masks & Costumes (hygiene first, rebels)
- Pets Wear (Fido’s drool doesn’t count as “like new”)
- DVD/CD/Vinyl (unless defective – we’ll test play that rare pressing)
- Collector Items marked “Final Sale” (they’re called collectibles for a reason)
HOW TO START A RETURN (MOSH PIT STYLE)
- Email the Pit Crew: Hit up [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number (found in confirmation email)
- Item(s) you want to return/exchange
- Reason (be honest – “Not metal enough” is valid)
- Photos if damaged/defective (cell phone quality is fine)
- Get Your RMA: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 48 hours (usually faster)
- Pack It Up: Use original packaging if possible. No original box? Wrap it like you’re smuggling concert merch.
- Ship It Back: Send to:
