At Dark Styles Market, we get it – sometimes that limited edition Funko Pop doesn’t look as badass in person, or your new band tee fits more like a straightjacket than concert gear. Our return policy is as straightforward as a punk riff – no corporate nonsense, just fair play for our tribe.

THE RULES OF THE MOSH PIT (RETURN POLICY)

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date – clock starts when your loot hits your doorstep

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached (we’ll know if you wore that bodysuit to a show)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Barware Items (used or unsealed – health codes are a thing)
  • Masks & Costumes (hygiene first, rebels)
  • Pets Wear (Fido’s drool doesn’t count as “like new”)
  • DVD/CD/Vinyl (unless defective – we’ll test play that rare pressing)
  • Collector Items marked “Final Sale” (they’re called collectibles for a reason)

HOW TO START A RETURN (MOSH PIT STYLE)

  1. Email the Pit Crew: Hit up [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number (found in confirmation email)
    • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
    • Reason (be honest – “Not metal enough” is valid)
    • Photos if damaged/defective (cell phone quality is fine)
  2. Get Your RMA: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 48 hours (usually faster)
  3. Pack It Up: Use original packaging if possible. No original box? Wrap it like you’re smuggling concert merch.
  4. Ship It Back: Send to:

REFUNDS: GETTING YOUR CASH BACK

Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days):

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds process within 5 business days (PayPal/cards may take 2-10 days to show)
  • Store Credit: Instant digital code if you prefer (perfect for that new merch drop)
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship the replacement once your return is received

Pro Tip: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
