At Dark Styles Market, we know the struggle is real – waiting for your badass merch to arrive and then making sure it lives up to your dark aesthetic standards. That’s why we’ve crafted our shipping and returns policy to be as straightforward as a power chord, with no corporate nonsense.

Order Processing

We’re not your average slow-moving corporation. Our pit crew processes orders in 1-2 business days (weekends don’t count – even rebels need days off).

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas (because even darkness has its limits).

WHEN THE DARKNESS DOESN’T FIT

Sometimes that limited edition Funko Pop doesn’t look as menacing in person, or your new band tee fits more like a straightjacket than concert gear. Here’s how to handle it:

Return Policy Basics

• 15-day return window: Clock starts when your package hits your doorstep
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached (we’ll know if you wore that bodysuit to a show)
• Non-returnable items: Some things are forever dark:
  • Barware Items (used or unsealed – health codes are a thing)
  • Masks & Costumes (hygiene first, rebels)
  • Pets Wear (Fido’s drool doesn’t count as “like new”)
  • DVD/CD/Vinyl (unless defective – we’ll test play that rare pressing)
  • Collector Items marked “Final Sale” (they’re called collectibles for a reason)

How to Start a Return (Mosh Pit Style)

1. Email the Pit Crew: Hit up [email protected] within 15 days with:
   • Your order number (found in confirmation email)
   • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
   • Reason (be honest – “Not metal enough” is valid)
   • Photos if damaged/defective (cell phone quality is fine)
2. Get Your RMA: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 48 hours (usually faster)
3. Pack It Up: Use original packaging if possible. No original box? Wrap it like you’re smuggling concert merch.
4. Ship It Back: Send to:

Refunds: Getting Your Cash Back

Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days):

• Original Payment Method: Refunds process within 5 business days (PayPal/cards may take 2-10 days to show)
• Store Credit: Instant digital code if you prefer (perfect for that new merch drop)
• Exchanges: We’ll ship the replacement once your return is received

Pro Tip: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
